Intelligent Search Module - ISM

ISM uses Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) technology to retrieve relevant data from previous similar situations to answer questions about new data. ISM can be applied to a wide range of applications where historical cases can be used to solve new cases. Typical examples would include help desks, sales support, customer service, diagnosis, engineering design, executive information systems, and advisory support systems. ISM always provides the "best available" solution rather than the exact solution. This feature is important when a reasonable answer is much better than no answer. Since ISM's casebase is easily maintainable, the accuracy of its search results will improve over time as it "learns" new or more accurate answers.

AIsoft's ISM contains a high-performance search engine designed to score and rank a large volume of cases at high speeds. It contains advanced, proprietary scoring algorithms that substantially increase search accuracy when compared to typical commercial CBR tool and other searching technologies.
